From art direction to product

I started out in art direction, designing brand identities and visual systems for brands such as Audi, YouTube, Dolce & Gabbana and Laboratoires de Biarritz. That's where I grew curious about what sits behind the image: how a system is built, maintained and handed over to the people who use it. For Audi, I moved email production from Photoshop mockups rebuilt by hand to a library of reusable components. That project brought me closer to product.

Today

I work on e-commerce interfaces and design systems. What I do best: simplifying journeys that have become too complex, setting rules that hold as the product grows, and refining execution down to the last detail.

How I work

I share my work early, even unfinished: I'd rather have a mockup that's been discussed than one that's perfect. I'm used to working with developers, and I design with what will actually get built in mind.

What's next

I'm now looking to join an in-house product team, to work on one product over time and see what my decisions change for its users. If that sounds like your team, I'd love to hear about it.
